Interior staircase leading to a large mezzanine of approx. 16 m2 (overview of the dunes), 1 bedroom area with dressing room: 1 bed 160 and a bed 90. Public parking in front of the residence.

This apartment is very popular with its volumes and its decoration, moreover the proximity of the beach of Bourdaines and the large green space with the pines are appreciable for the holidays. Household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
