Ideally located between amenities and beaches on the first floor of a building without an elevator, this apartment features an entrance hall with a closet, a bright living room with a 90x190 sofa bed (note: this is not a real mattress), a balcony, a separate kitchen (equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and two coffee machines), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x190).

Free parking is available at the bottom of the building.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to lay down your towel. For convenience, there are showers, beach huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards on duty to keep an eye on you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much faster to get to the market. The bike path called La Vélodyssée runs through the entire neighborhood. It's shared with joggers, rollerbladers, and skaters.
