Apartment

We offer a nice apartment of 50m2 bright, west exposure, at the entrance to the beach Penon. Located on the top floor of a building, you will have a view of the dunes and the ocean and a small terrace to enjoy this view. This wooden chalet style accommodation is very cozy, nicely decorated and it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people. (4 people in double beds and 2 people on a sofa bed).

Housing

A living room (A sofa bed for 2 people), a TV
A mezzanine (sleeps 2 with 2 double beds (A 140x200 bed and a 160x200 bed) and large closets. The two bedrooms are separated by curtains and a staircase.
Open American kitchen (oven, fridge, hotplates, microwave, crockery, extendable table up to 6 people, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, cutlery, drainer, pots, pans ...)
A bathroom (shower and small bath) with separate toilet. Parasol for the beach.
A secure area common to residents to deposit bikes, surfboards ... You can take your own or rent on site in Seignosse bikes or surfboards.
A wooden terrace on which you can eat to enjoy the view.
Large free parking in front of the residence
Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases (pillows and duvets are provided) and towels.
A coin launderette is available near the apartment.

Other remarks

Housekeeping: If you do not want to clean up at the end of your stay, we can ask a company to do it. We will ask you then 30 euros in additional expenses. Thank you to inform us at the reservation.
