From all rooms you have access to the garden.
A little extra for all music fans: There is even a piano in one of the bedrooms that you are welcome to play.

When renting both flats, there is a connecting door from the hallway to the staircase of the upper floor flat, which can be opened.

The holiday flat is in a prime location by the lake. You can reach everything on foot: beaches, piazza of Colico, restaurants, bars, cafés and the train station, ideal for holidays without a car.

The landlady Silvia is accommodating and lives in the village. She has a boat and bike rental with benefits for you.
