All gardens, balconies and terraces are individually situated, choose between sun and shade, rock garden, meadow or pool terrace. Sun loungers are available by the pool as well as in your holiday flat. You live a few minutes by bike or on foot from Lake Como and the lakeside town of Colico. The valleys of Valtellina and Valchiavenna are on your doorstep!

The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. Numerous bathing possibilities with long, sandy beaches are about 1.2 km away, unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary, or a surf and kite school with bike rental about 1.4 km away.

In the bedrooms and bathroom, the natural stones used to build the house have been left partially visible, forming a harmonious unit with the rustic furnishings.

Borgo Erbiola-Francone is an oasis of nature for those seeking relaxation and a paradise for equestrian enthusiasts, hikers, canoeists and bikers as well as cyclists. It is so close to Lake Como that you can cycle or walk to the beach and to lively Colico with its many possibilities without any incline.

You reach the property via a country lane alongside a stream. The vehicles are parked in private car parks below.

There is a free charging station for electric vehicles.
