The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. Numerous bathing possibilities with long, sandy beaches are about 1.2 km away, unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary, or a surf and kite school with bike rental about 1.4 km away.

You have access from here to the inviting, furnished balcony with panoramic views, which you can also access from the double bedroom. The twin room faces the garden.

Borgo Erbiola-Francone is an oasis of nature for those seeking relaxation and a paradise for equestrian enthusiasts, hikers, canoeists and bikers as well as cyclists.
It is so close to Lake Como that you can cycle or walk to the beach and to lively Colico with its many possibilities without any incline.

You reach the property via a country lane alongside a stream. The vehicles are parked in private car parks below.

There is a free charging station for electric vehicles.
