The original Finca, which dates back more than 300 years, has been beautifully restored and is set within a 25 acre estate. Built on two floors the property has many traditional features, inner stone walls and beamed ceilings which lend charm and character. Pool, Wifi, SAT-TV. Together with the finca Gineva Petit (f510), which is next door, this property offers space for groups up to 12.



The finca is situated a few minutes from the town of Pollensa in a quiet location with impressive views of the surrounding countryside. Pollensa has a beautiful oldtown with a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Several beaches, two golf courses and the lovely old town of Alcudia with the colourful Sunday market are in easy travelling distance. The countryside around Pollensa is particularly popular with mountainbikers and hikers.

Entrance through the wooden double doors open onto the spacious open-plan dining room with two steps leading up to the lounge area which has a very original round table made from an original olive press. This area has a DVD player and Satellite TV. To the rear of the dining area and through an inner stone archway we find the traditional style kitchen. There is an electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen is the guests shower room/wc. The side door leads us out onto the rear terrace and pool area. The villas has internet connection WIFI.

A very special feature of this house is the drawing room with comfortable three piece suite, log fireplace and original stone wall. From here a wooden staircase leads up to the open plan double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The bedroom has wooden floors and boasts beautiful views across the countryside. From the main hall, a second staircase leads up to the rest of the accommodation, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The rooms share two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Most of the rooms have vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and rustic artefacts.





The swimming pool has corner steps, furnished sun terraces, and a comfortable poolside casita adjacent to the furnished al-fresco dining terrrace.
