Situated in the desirable and tranquil area of Son March Valley approximately 10 minutes drive from a variety of restaurants and shops in Old Town Pollenca and 15/20 minutes from the beaches and amenities of Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente. The house is for 7 guests and has a great deal of character, it's tastefully furnished throughout with a fusion of modern and rustic furnishings and décor. From the shaded terrace patio doors lead into the lounge and dining area with comfortable sofa seating, a TV with satellite channels, DVD player and dining table/chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc, one full bathroom and an external laundry room with a washing machine/sink complete the ground floor. Upstairs are 4 air-conditioned (on a timer) bedrooms, 2 double, 1 twin and 1 single and 2 bathrooms (a shower room en-suite to a double and a shared full bathroom). The property is set in a garden of mature trees and shrubs with areas of lawn providing lots of space for children to play. A large sun terrace with loungers and a poolside shower surrounds an inviting mosaic tiled private pool with Roman steps and from here you can enjoy the panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. There is also a built-in barbecue to the side of the house with a table and benches and an attractively furnished and covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and chilling out.
