Casa Beltran with a private pool is a stunning Mallorcan Stone House that has been lovingly restored, offering charming interiors, wonderful views, an idyllic setting and a convenient location. Set within a beautiful oak forest between the resorts of Pollenca, Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente means you can be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on one of the fantastic beaches in less than a 10-minute drive. The house sleeps up to 8 guests and has been carefully renovated retaining the character with added modern comforts. Among the most important improvements made are new interior flooring, renovation of bathrooms, air-conditioning in bedrooms and the installation of modern lighting to both the interior and exterior creating various atmospheres to enjoy day and night. Entering the house from the front terrace leads into a welcoming and stylish living room with comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch television, a Smart TV with wireless internet connection so that guests can sign in to their accounts and enjoy Amazon, Netflix, etc. An arch through to a hallway connects to the kitchen, the outside covered terrace and some of the sleeping accommodation. The kitchen is light, modern and fully equipped with appliances as well as a dining area with a table/chairs for 8. On this level, there are two of the four bedrooms; a double with a full en-suite bathroom, a twin and a second renovated bathroom complete the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find two further bedrooms; a double with an en-suite shower room and another twin. The double room offers beautiful views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. Outside continues to impress with several spaces and rest areas to enjoy different ambients including a platform with garden furniture in the shade of the oak trees. A private pool of more than 50 m² has roman steps and the large sun terrace that surrounds it has plenty of sun loungers and a Balinese day bed, perfect for lazy days in the sun. The front terrace is set up for alfresco dining and for grilled meals a brick-built barbecue is provided. Passing through the double-arched stone wall you enter the chillout area, with various seating and comforting shade during the day, there is a handy shower room, w/c and a covered terrace with a small bar, table football, table tennis. This area is beautifully lit at night and a great place to enjoy memorable evenings with family/friends.
