The comfort cottage was built in 2000. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town north towards north dike and has a large garden with terrace in south-west orientation and a parking space in front of the house. On the ground floor of the house is a generous tiled living room (satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD player, flat screen) with dining area and high chair in the bay window and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, Toaster, egg cooker etc.) and a guest toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a seating area in the bay window with satellite TV and radio / CD player and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house has patio furniture for 4 people and a barbecue. The house is sun-flooded all-day and rented all year round.

The 85 square meter house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city north in the direction of north dike and has a garden and terrace to the south-west side. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with dining area in the bay window, an open fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and. S. W. and a guest toilet. The floors are tiled on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a cot; a second bedroom with 2 separate beds and a sitting area with TV + radio / CD in the bay window and a shower room / WC with washing machine + hair dryer. The house has 4 beach chairs with cushions and patio furniture for 4 people. It is about 2.5 km to the beach, about 15 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone in the north. The supermarkets Aldi, Lidl, Combi etc. are within walking distance.

Leisure activities: Watt walks, boat trips, water park, water sports, cycling, visit the seal nursery in Norddeich, cure.
