Private vacation home

Our house is centrally located in Norddeich, at Riedeweg 28a, in a quiet residential area (Spielstraße). 80 m from the holiday home, the car-free "beach paddle" takes you in 5 minutes on foot or by bike to the spa center with many water games, mini golf, labyrinth, children's play house, etc. The “Ocean Wave” water park and the seal station are also located there. From the spa center straight ahead the "beach paddle" leads directly to the dike, to the sandy beach with beach chairs, beach volleyball fields, dragon meadow and the guest's house.
Our non-smoking domicile forms a unit with 3 other terraced houses, all of which offer plenty of space for play and fun in addition to your own terrace (approx. 500 sqm). A large shared play and sunbathing lawn without fences invites you to play and run around, the younger guests will meet in the sandpit, and the adults either enjoy the quiet on their own terrace or meet with the neighbors to exchange experiences.
In the brick tool shed you will find the grill, a handcart and space to park your own bicycles.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
The house is about 60 square meters and comfortably furnished for a maximum of 4 people. There are shutters in every room. It is divided into the ground floor with hall, living room with dining area, separate kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom and the children's room are on the upper floor. In the house you will find free internet access (WiFi)
In the combined living / dining room you will find a large, comfortable couch set and a dining area. For entertainment, there is an LCD TV with digital cable connection and a high-quality micro hi-fi system with CD player and USB connection. From the living room you can access the terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill. The new kitchen offers dishes for 6 people, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and steam iron. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a farmers cupboard and the children's room with 2 separate beds (90x200cm) and a child's cot (60x120 cm). There is also a spacious closet in the children's room.
Table linen is available, bed linen and towel packages can be rented as required (each € 8)

What we mean by child-friendly equipment:
The cot and high chair are available for 1-2 year old children. The large handcart is free. The children's room is child-friendly, lots of cuddly toys are waiting for the little ones, in the living room there are books and games for all ages, as well as a small play area with a children's carpet. Outside there is plenty of room to run around, play ball, etc. Our motto: Mom and dad can only enjoy their well-deserved vacation if the little ones feel comfortable and busy.
