The comfort holiday home was built in 1999. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city north towards north dike and has a hidden garden with a south-west facing terrace and a parking space in front of the house. On the ground floor there is a spacious, tiled living room (flat screen satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD player) with dining area and high chair in the bay window, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker , Baking molds, plenty of crockery and cutlery and much more) and a guest toilet. All windows on the ground floor are equipped with shutters. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a seating area in the bay window with satellite TV and radio / CD as well as a shower / toilet with washing machine. The house has patio furniture for 4 people and a grill. It is rented all year round.

The floors are tiled on the ground floor. Upstairs are a bedroom with a double bed and a cot; a second bedroom with 2 separate beds and a seating area with TV + radio / CD in the bay window and a shower / toilet with washing machine + hairdryer. The house has 4 loungers with cushions and patio furniture for 4 people. It is approx. 2.5 km to the beach, approx. 15 minutes on foot to the pedestrian zone in the north. The supermarkets Aldi, Lidl, Combi etc. are within walking distance.

Leisure activities: mudflat hikes, boat trips, water park, water sports, cycling, visit to the seal breeding station in Norddeich, spa.

Tourist tax for guests over 16 years:
1.20 € / pers. from 1st January to 14th March and 1st November to 31st December
€ 2.50 / pers. from March 15th to October 31st
Children up to 15 years do not pay tourist tax
