Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

Villa Aqua Marina is set on two levels and consists of a ground floor with a living room and a fireplace, a fully equipped open- plan kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (1.40 X 2.00), a single bed can be added, a second bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Outside there is a 350 sq meters terrace with a 45 sq meters swimming pool, covered seating and dining areas, a BBQ and covered parking for 3 to 4 cars.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
