Maria Beach House is a charming nautically themed, feet-in-the-water literally, spacious 105 sqm apartment that occupies the entire garden level of the Villa. It is an autonomous house, with its own independent entrance and outside spacious reed-shaded sitting area, offering a unique “on-the-sea”, feet –in-the-water vacation experience and a high level of privacy, a reason why it remains a favorite among our seasoned guests. Not recommended for families with children under 4.

Inside: Spacious living room with inside dining hall and bed-divan, open plan fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom (queen size), guest bedroom (two singles), one large shared bathroom with shower, all rooms have immediate access to sea viewing terrace & garden

Outside: 75 m2 of reed-shaded terrace with large garden and sea view, teak outside furniture, sun/lounge chairs, American-style gas-coal outside BBQ, outside shower, open air parking

Close to Attika and Greece's mainland, a one hour ferry ride from a port close to Athens International Airport,on the island Kea, our Villas are right on the water, with their own semi-private beach, right on aqua blue-green translucent waters.

Island Villages are close (1-2 KM), offering amenities like shopping or dining.

In Kea, guests may swim, fish or snorkel on the numerous pristine beaches on the island, visit ancient sites, walk the picturesque Hora cobblestone narrow streets, follow several ancient marked footpaths to remote beaches, go bird-watching on the nature reserve on the east side of the island, or simply have a lazy afternoon on Kastellakia beach and watching the sunset.

The ideal escape for nature lovers, sun seekers, naturalists or anybody who wants to 'wind down and get away from it all'
