Maria Beach House is a charming, spacious, luminous, west-facing, 105 sqm apartment that occupies the entire garden level of the Villa, in a garden of succulents, cacti and Mediterranean plants. It is an autonomous house, with its own independent entrance and outside spacious reed-shaded sitting area, offering a unique “on-the-sea”, feet –in-the-water vacation experience and a high level of privacy, a reason why it remains a favorite among our seasoned guests. Not suitable for families with children under 10 due to high walls.

The Kastellakia Bay Villas are three individual, traditional, stone-built, luxury, Cycladic homes on the unadulterated, up-and-coming island of Kea (Tzia), one of the famous Greek Aegean Archipelago of islands, but still close to Attika and Greece's mainland.
