T2 crossing north south which allows you to enjoy a superb sea view while enjoying the sun
living room (sofa bed) with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, mini oven, two plates coffee maker .....), and loggia sea view
bathroom, separate toilet
a room with loggia south (double bed)
a cabin with bunk beds and possibility of an extra bed the children will love :)
bb bed (one or two)
apartment feet in the water with entrance to the building through which you have direct access to the promenade and the sea
on request kit bb: cot, mattress, high chair, cutlery.
Household kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products)

Linen NOT SUPPLIED, provide sheets, towels and tea towels (optional)
Cleaning service not included participation in heating in winter

I make a reading of the EDF meter at each entry and exit following many abuses of heating
I ask everyone to have a reasoned and reasonable use of heating
My rental rates are not high so I ask for a contribution to heating costs
I do not always invoice flat rate the apartment must be returned in perfect cleanliness and tidy as on your arrival
