We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming semi-detached house with a surface of 30 m ² classified 2* and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of about 15 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m². We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of about 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
First floor:
- A bedroom of about 9 m² with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A terrace of 5 m² facing east.
- A small garden of about 20 m², facing east with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, ideal for a breakfast.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, beach...

Activities :
During your stay on the Normandy coast, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides on the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit to the Juno Beach museum, bowling, tennis, children's activities on the beach, mini golf...
On Tuesdays and Fridays, visit the beautiful market in the centre of Courseulles.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the numbered outdoor private car park (1 vehicle).

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus near the house.
- Numerous bicycle lanes.
- Caen train station at 25.7 km (30 minutes by car) and Bretteville - Norrey train station at 20.1 km (24 minutes by car)
- Caen-Carpiquet airport 27.4 km (30 minutes by car)

Other remarks :
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost on request from the concierge. Sheets: 15 € / bed; towels: 6 € / person; tea towel: 2 € / unit; bath mat: 3 € / unit
