About This Property
Superb Arcachonese and independent studio on 600 m² of wooded land, with heated swimming pool (winter swimming pool from November to March) and spa (except during the months of June to August), 5 minutes from Moulleau beach. Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels ...) is not provided, possibility to contact the dry cleaners next to the villa (ask the owner for a phone).
A certificate of resort insurance will be requested as well as the signing of the rental contract and the payment of a deposit of 3000 € uros.
