Arcachon - Pereire district (very close to Moulleau), opposite the Tir au Vol and 150m from the beach, this spacious 5-room duplex apartment offers approximately 150 m² of living space in a beautiful green setting.
The apartment comprises on the ground floor:
An entrance hall, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, electric oven, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.), a pantry (new washing machine, microwave), a living room opening onto a west-facing balcony with high ceilings (fireplace not in use, sofas, TV + Wi-Fi, dining table for 6-8 people), and a master bedroom opening onto a west-facing balcony (two 90cm single beds joined together, closet) with a bathroom (bathtub, two sinks) and a separate toilet. Upstairs:
A large mezzanine (sitting area with sofas, armchairs, library with books and board games, TV and DVD player), bedroom 2 (two 90cm beds), bedroom 3 (one 140cm bed), bedroom 4 (one 160cm bed), a bathroom (large walk-in shower with a sink), and a huge rooftop terrace of approximately 90 m² with furniture (table + 8 chairs, 2 deckchairs, ping-pong table, gas barbecue).
