Our house is located in a very quiet area, 5 minutes by car from the village of Tourrettes sur Loup and 10 minutes from Vence and Saint Paul de Vence.

The 170 m2 house is built on one level on a 2,500 m2 plot with a magnificent view over the village of Tourrettes sur Loup.

On the day side, you'll enjoy :

A spacious, bright living room and dining room, with large-screen TV and hi-fi system.
A semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen
A separate toilet.

On the night side, you'll find :
Three bedrooms, each with a double bed,
A study with a sofa bed
A bathroom with double washbasin, shower, bath and toilet,
A large dressing room in the bedroom adjoining the bathroom, and closets in the other two bedrooms.
A shower room with double basins and a large shower,
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, you'll enjoy :
A 60 m2 terrace with a covered summer lounge and a large table and plancha in the shade,

A 10m50 x 4m50 Balinese swimming pool (heated to 26°C) with a flat bottom and a 40cm-deep, 1m50-long submerged deck secured by a fence with a gate.

A pétanque court and a badminton court for young and old alike.

Every year, we plant an organic vegetable garden where you can pick your own fruit and vegetables.
