In Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 240 m² air-conditioned house with panoramic views and a swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features a 40 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 2,300 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Garden level:
- A 9m x 4m indoor swimming pool with shower, accessible all year round. Heated to 26°C only from April to the end of September.
- A 4-person studio with 2 sofa beds and kitchenette
- A bathroom with shower and checkroom area

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- Living room with dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... with a glassed-in breakfast area overlooking the garden.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On 1st level :
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160×200) and 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom with WC and a terrace with furniture
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,300 m² enclosed garden planted with olive trees, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 100 m² terrace on the 1st level with furniture
- A 180 m² terrace with furniture on the 2nd level

The house is ideally located in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
