Beautiful villa 5* overlooking the beaches of Santa Giulia and Palumbaggia with a superb panoramic sea view, heated and secure swimming pool.
It is available in 2025 from abril 26 th to octoberber 18th Reduction possible if less than 6 people.
The house is spacious (more than 180 m²) and consists of living room, dining room with US kitchen fully renovated with high quality equipment, 5 large air-conditioned rooms all have their private shower room, balcony, sea view or mountain.
It can accommodate 12 people (maximum 4 couples + 4 children or 3 couples + 6 children). It has 2 cots.
The pool is 45 m² (9 * 5), it allows to swim enjoying a beautiful view of the sea and maquis. It is heated between 25 and 28 ° allowing to enjoy it from April to the end of October. Its maximum depth is 2 m. It is salt-treated and maintained by a specialized company that comes weekly. It is secured with a 3-point door preventing children from opening it; its maximum depth is 2m. The garden is about 2500 m², it is surrounded by scrub. The house is lined on all sides with large terraces with a hard barbecue and several garden tables including a teak for 12 guests near the barbecue terrace and two others under shelter under a canopy.
The villa is quiet, it has not overlooked and has several parking spaces.

The cleaning is 250 € for rentals out of season and 300 € in summer or for rentals of two weeks. The turists tax is 2,1€/pers/day exept children less13 years.
The deposit is 2000 €; it must be paid by check upon arrival; this check is not cashed and is returned after the cleaning out (in general, the check is torn and the photo sent by phone).
Housekeeping, and turists taxes are not included in the price and are payable upon arrival to the person who welcomes you and who can also rent sheets and towels (15€ great sheets and 10€ little sheets and 6€ for 2 great towels and two small/bedrooms.
In particular equipment: big screen TV, American fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, espresso machine and high speed internet ...
