Villa

We invite you to spend unforgettable holidays in our very beautiful and bright villa 'Les Genévriers'.

The house stands on a large, wooded plot of 10°500°m2. The park-like terrain near the hamlet of Conti is exceptional, dotted with impressive granite cliffs characteristic of southern Corsica.

Our property is completely closed, without any vis-à-vis and secured by an electric gate. It has an unobstructed view overlooking the mountains as well as a glimpse of the sea.

The villa has a very pretty infinity pool (13 x 5 meters), heated and equipped with an alarm system. The pool is surrounded by a terrace of more than 100°m2. Higher up you find a barrel sauna (for five to six people).

Located between Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio, our villa is five minutes by car from the very beautiful beach of Santa Giulia and the Golf Club of Leccia (nine-hole course, public access).

Other beaches - Palombaggia and Rondinara - are also close (no more than twenty minutes away). Finally, Porto Novo beach (not accessible by car) is a three-quarter hour hike from our property.

Each rental period is a minimum of seven nights; from Saturday to Saturday.

The villa is completely renovated and is composed as follows:

Ground floor :

- an entrance hall
- a large living room with fireplace;
- two bedrooms (each with double bed 180x200);
- an equipped and fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, -freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker);
- a bathroom (with walk-in shower and bathtub) and two separate toilets; and
- a wardrobe (with washing machine).

First floor :

- a bedroom (double bed 180x200);
- a hall with cupboards;
- a bathroom (with walk-in shower and WC);
- a balcony.

Basement (garden):

- two bedrooms (double bed 140x200 and 160x200), both with their own terraces and direct access to the garden;
- a bathroom (with walk-in shower and WC).
- a technical room.

All bedrooms are equipped with a safe.

The property can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

Several services are included in the rental price of the villa:

- supply of bed linen and towels;
- concierge and assistance (if needed) during your stay;
- weekly control of the swimming pool;
- departure cleaning (and weekly for stays longer than a week).

Outside, the villa has two large terraces, one in front and one behind the house, and a japanese garden (including a small cave). The terrace behind the villa has a shaded summer pavilion of 10 m2. It is also equipped with an outdoor barbecue.

Our villa is equipped with WLAN and a flat screen Satellite-TV. All rooms are air-conditioned. During the winter season the villa is gas heated. A foldable baby cot and a high chair are available.

Our property is easily reachable from the road to Bonifacio. Figari airport is 35 minutes away by car. There is secure parking for several cars behind the house. We also provide you with two bicycles.
