Terraced house in residence with collective swimming pool, private parking, terrace and awning. The rental is on two levels. On the ground floor, a living room with a sofa and brand new bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, two bedrooms. One with a bed for two people, the other bedroom a double bed and an extra bed for one person that can be used by a child. The rental is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a mini oven and a 82 cm TV with Freeview.
The staircase giving access to the first floor is a little steep and can be complicated for people with reduced mobility.
WIFI is not present in the rental.

We require a deposit of € 350 on arrival that we do not collect and a deposit check of € 50 for cleaning.
The swimming pool is only accessible from June to September.
