Welcome to our comfortable 45m2 Two Bedroom Apartment! You will find:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 Double bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 2 Single beds
• Living Area: Sofa bed, TV with local programming, terrace or loggia with table and chairs (views vary)
• Kitchen: Equipped with a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator
• Bathroom with WC. Towels not provided

• Food and Drink: If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Electric Café, just a 2-minute drive away! Those looking for an afternoon cocktail can walk to Restaurant Le Maestro, and we’d highly recommend starting your morning with a cup of coffee at Iris Coffee – it’s only two blocks from the residence
• Outdoor Activities: The beach is close by for anyone who wants to go for a swim or other water sports. Try water hiking in Les Gorges du Loup!
• Places to See: Spend a day visiting the Musée Renoir. Enjoy a piece of history when you stroll through Hauts de Cagnes or visit la Parfumerie Molinard and participate in a perfume creation workshop.

• During or end-of-stay cleaning option (except kitchen): €70
• Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning charge will be taken: €100, in case you have not chosen the End-of-stay cleaning option
• Some of our units are accessible to wheelchairs, please inquire upon booking if you need one
• Cleaning kits can be rented for €3.90. If you want
• Complimentary outdoor parking spot – additional spots are €10/day
• Covered parking: €9 per day and €40 per week.

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay
