The apartment is located right in the heart of Menton, just a few steps from the pedestrian street, in a central yet quiet area. Beaches, shops, the train station, and main attractions are easily reachable on foot, making it an ideal base to explore the city without a car.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment. The building is fully private and secure. Additional studios and one-bedroom apartments are also available for rent in the same building, making it convenient for families or groups traveling together.

This 26 sqm one-bedroom apartment, modern and recently renovated, offers a comfortable and functional layout. The separate bedroom features a 160 cm double bed and storage. The apartment is bright, with no direct overlook, and enjoys a quiet setting.
The living area includes a trundle bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils (no microwave).
The renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower.
A comfortable and peaceful place, ideally located to enjoy Menton on foot.
