Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment. The building is fully private and secure. Additional studios and one-bedroom apartments are also available for rent in the same building, making it convenient for families or groups traveling together.

This modern 26 sqm one-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is designed for a pleasant and practical stay. The separate bedroom offers a 160 cm double bed with built-in storage. The apartment is naturally bright, with no direct facing buildings, and remains quiet.

The living room features a trundle bed, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen including a stovetop, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchenware (no microwave available).

The contemporary bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.
