The apartment is located right in the heart of Menton, just a few steps from the pedestrian street, in a central yet quiet area. Beaches, shops, the train station, and main attractions are easily reachable on foot, making it an ideal base to explore the city without a car.



Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment. The building is fully private and secure. Additional studios and one-bedroom apartments are also available for rent in the same building, making it convenient for families or groups traveling together.


This comfortable and well-laid-out one-bedroom apartment features a separate bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage space. The living area includes one trundle beds, allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests.

The apartment has one modern bathroom, recently renovated, with a walk-in shower.

The renovated and functional kitchen is designed for a fully independent stay and includes an oven, stovetop, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all essential kitchen utensils. Please note that there is no microwave. A dining table is available.

Although there is no specific view, the apartment is quiet and bright, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy Menton on foot, with beaches, shops, and the city center just steps away.

The closest bus stops are just 1 to 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment and provide easy access within Menton and to nearby towns such as Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Monaco.
