This family home in a quiet location with a swimming pool and sea views offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the south of France. Located 30 minutes from Nice Airport (between Cannes and Théoule), with the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, the house has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen and kitchenette, a living room, a furnished garden, and a sunny swimming pool.

The accommodation has 6 bedrooms in total:

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (queen-size bed) including 2 with a terrace and sea view.
Downstairs: a master bedroom (queen-size bed) and a children's bedroom with bunk beds.
A baby bed (travel cot) can be provided by the concierge service as needed (please request in advance).
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, including 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.

Sheets and towels are provided.

## Emplacement
Commune of the Mediterranean coast, Mandelieu-La Napoule is located at the southwestern end of the Alpes-Maritimes department. At the foot of the massif of Esterel and Tanneron, it opens onto the Gulf of La Napoule. First golfing destination of the Côte d'Azur, this enchanting site has two renowned courses, one was created in 1881 by the Grand Duke Michel, nephew of the Tsar.
