PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

- The property boasts a large outdoor space featuring a beautiful heated pool nestled on the hillside and a furnished terrace with an outdoor living area, garden furniture, and four sun loungers. Enjoy breathtaking views extending to the sea and a south/southwest exposure to make the most of the sunshine, with a few shaded areas for respite.
- The house, elegantly styled both inside and out, spans two floors.

On the ground floor, the spacious living area includes:

- A large, comfortable living room with a smart TV
- A dining area designed to accommodate 10/12 people
- A fully equipped open kitchen with a central island

- Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed (180cm), a dressing room, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, bathtub, and Japanese WC).

In addition to being less than a 15-minute drive from the beaches, restaurants, local shops, and the heart of Mandelieu, you can also:

- Enjoy the fine sands of the beaches in Cannes, Golfe-Juan, or Juan-Les-Pins within 25 to 30 minutes.
- Access the motorway entrance in just a few minutes to reach:
- Antibes (30/35 minutes)
- Nice (40/45 minutes)
- Or even Monaco (50/55 minutes)

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
