It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 4,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and sofas
- A 35 m² dining area and fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, freezer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful, partially enclosed private garden of 4,000 m²
- A 25 m² terrace, facing north-east with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
