The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 35 m² dining area and fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, freezer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, partially enclosed private garden of 4,000 m²
- A 25 m² terrace, facing north-east with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Lestrevet beach, about 3.5 km away
- Water sports
- Hiking at Ménez Hom or walking around Plomodiern - Discovering the local heritage and surrounding villages
- Tasting local products
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park (up to 10 vehicles).
