Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 90 m² house for rent in the town of Plomodiern, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 600 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and cot, with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3 (air-conditioned): with 2 single beds (90×190)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful, partially enclosed, private garden of 200 m²
- Another garden of 400 m² shared with the owners
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. The accommodation is located in the countryside on a private 2-hectare wooded property with ponds: a rare setting! You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
