Located in an exceptionally calm environment, this large 250 m² period manor welcomes you in the heart of a vast 25,000 m² plot of land, just a few steps from the Vézère, 2 km from the village of Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère and 5 km from Roc Saint-Christophe. Fully equipped, perfect for families, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 travellers for a rejuvenating stay in the Périgord. Its lovely garden without overlooking neighbours, its swimming pool, are ideal for relaxing in complete tranquillity. In the evening, you can enjoy the friendly terrace equipped with a plancha, from where you will have a superb view of the valley.

Pass through the entrance door and discover an elegant reception hallway leading to all the main rooms. On the right, a beautifully decorated period living room with leather sofa, armchairs and decorative fireplace invites relaxation. On the left, the dining room features a large table that can accommodate 10 guests and offers direct access to the terrace. At the back, the independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, mixed hobs, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.



The house has 8 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – 1st floor: 1 Queen Size bed, private bathroom with shower and access to balcony with valley view.

Bedroom 2 – 1st floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), wardrobe and small desk.

Bedroom 3 – 1st floor: 1 bunk bed and storage cupboards.

Bedroom 4 – 1st floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), wardrobe and washbasin.

Bedroom 5 – 2nd floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed, washbasin, 2 armchairs and wardrobe.

Bedroom 6 – 2nd floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and washbasin.

Bedroom 7 – 2nd floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) reserved for children.

Bedroom 8 – 2nd floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) reserved for children.



In addition to the private bathroom of room 1, the house has 2 shared bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) and 3 toilets.



For your comfort, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot, a high chair, as well as an ironing board and an iron are available.



You will also be able to park easily in the closed parking area of the housing.
