About This Property
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space, open to the outdoor courtyard. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and offers you everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine are at your disposal. You can share your meals around the dining table for 5 people. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.
On the first floor are two large bedrooms:
- The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe.
- The second also has a double bed (140x190 cm) as well as a single bed (90x190 cm), ideal for a family.
The bathroom, also on the same floor, includes an Italian shower and a toilet.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal at the back of the house.
You will be able to stop in front of the house to unload your belongings, but parking is done on the public car park located approximately 300 metres from the accommodation.
