Enjoy your holiday with family or friends in a modern and bright house of 120 square metres, which can accommodate up to 6 adults maximum and 4 children. Ideally located near the beaches, it also has a heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September. Imagine being able to cool off in the sun, sunbathe all day or even read with your feet in the water, a real pleasure!



Moreover, this house benefits from a large garden with a 100 square metre terrace, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or enjoying an aperitif while admiring the sunset.



This house welcomes you with a lounge area accessible by a staircase, including a large sofa, a library and a fireplace (which is not functional). The kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped. You will find: a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the necessary utensils to cook good little dishes. Upstairs, you will discover a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and two bedrooms with bunk beds and a bathroom. A trundle bed is also available if you need additional sleeping arrangements. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, it has a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a water room. A washing machine is also at your disposal, as well as a parking space.

You will also have access to the large garden, with its furniture, its barbecue and, of course, to the swimming pool.
