In Port-Blanc, in the commune of Penvénan, we offer this 135 m² house for rent, located less than a kilometer's walk from the Plage des Dunes. It can accommodate up to 9 travelers. It features a veranda opening onto an elegant living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). There's also a 1,250 m² garden and terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 2: single bed
- Bedroom 3 and 4 : two twin beds
- Bedroom 5: master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Basement on one level:
- A kitchen
- A games room with table soccer for all ages

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot, high chair, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lannion 20 km (approx. 25 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 180 km (approx. 2 hours by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The wood-burning stove is operational. The first fire is free. For subsequent fires, you can buy wood at the Carrefour supermarket in Penvénan.
- There are 4 steps up to the house. It has a garage and a basement.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The house is entirely non-smoking.
- Please leave it clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use. End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
