Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Just 50 m away, you'll find the Trez beach, ideal for enjoying water activities (all disciplines). You can also relax at the thalassotherapy centre or take a cruise on the Odet to the Glénan archipelago.
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, particularly in southern Cornouaille, with must-see destinations such as Quimper, Concarneau and Pont-Aven.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space. There is also free public parking nearby.
