The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 50 m² apartment for rent in Bénodet, about 100 m from the beach, with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it features a lovely 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a sleeping area, two bathrooms and a 100 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- 17 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC in entrance hall

- A 5 m² balcony overlooking the pool and furniture to enjoy the fine weather

- A 90 m² heated swimming pool, shared with the residence and open all year round (opening dates subject to change by the residence and subject to weather conditions).

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private, numbered parking space.

- Bus: Line 41 between Quimper and Bénodet
- Nearest train station: Quimper 16.5 km (approx. 25 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne 88 km (about 1h15 by car)

- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Wifi available in the residence (free).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Washing machine/dryer available in the residence at a charge.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
