Located on the 4ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you are coming by car, you can park in the flat's private basement car park. Please note that the lift does not serve the basement.
