This 40 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1900s building, just steps from the Nouveaux Thermes Nancy Thermal Baths, Sainte Marie Park, the Musée de l'Ecole de Nancy, the new ARTEM district, the Blandan military district, and the Departmental Council.
Restaurant at the foot of the building. Shops, restaurants, convenience stores, a covered market, and an auction house are within a 500-meter radius, and a pharmacy and doctor are nearby.
Bus lines are located at the foot of the building for easy access to the city center: Place Stanislas, Place de la Carrière, the Opera, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Lorraine Museum, the Parc de la Pépinière, the train station, and the University Hospital.
