The accommodation consists of a 15 m² room with a Queen Size double bed (160x200).
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and electric stove to prepare delicious meals throughout your stay.
For your convenience, a dishwasher and a washing machine are also available.
The living room with television will give you access to the magnificent balcony of 9 m² with garden furniture and sea view.
This accommodation will give you a great stay whatever the season.

Situated a few steps from Cap-Martin, you will appreciate the magnificent walk along the seafront to reach the latter.
The view of Italy and Menton in the distance will make you want to visit the old town of Menton which is only 2.5 km from your accommodation.
You can also visit Monaco, 10 km away, before taking advantage of an infinite number of walks and hikes in the hinterland and the mountains.
Finally, don't miss the visit of the medieval castle of Roquebrune and the magnificent perched villages like Sainte Agnès or Castellar.

## Transit

The flat is located in front of bus stops 18, 21/22 and 24 (Menton-Monaco line) and 100 (Nice-Menton line).
It is also a 10-minute walk from the Carnolès train station.

## Notes

There is a free parking space for one car outside the residence, with an arch to reserve the space, which will offer you a precious comfort, especially in season.
