Quietly located on the 6th floor (with a lift) of a modern apartment building this practical holiday escape enjoys an incredible sea view across to the Italian border. A spacious terrace runs along the length of the property where guests can dine alfresco or simply soak up the sun.

Inside the apartment consists of a small bedroom and an open-plan living room. The living space is furnished with a double sofa bed and a dining table. This area also incorporates a small kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The bedroom enjoys access to a small balcony with a view of the sea and is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

Location
The property is located a minute’s walk from the seafront, opposite the beautiful Plage de Carnolès beach, in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin between Menton and Monaco. There is even a lovely seaside walk to Monte Carlo which takes approximately 1 hour and 30-minutes (20-minute drive).

The area is known for its pristine beaches, villas and gardens, many of which were built during the Belle Époque period. Parc du Cap Martin and Jardin d\'agrumes du Palais Carnolès are both a 15-minute walk from the accommodation and there are numerous beaches within A 10-minute walk – the closest is Plage de Roquebrune which is a minute’s walk.

The Cap Martin peninsula offers scenic walks and panoramic views of the Mediterranean, including Sentier du Corbusier at the tip of the peninsula (a 4-minute drive/20-minute walk). Menton’s Old Town, including The Baroque Basilica of St Michel, Jean Cocteau Museum and the Old Port are a 15-minute drive away. Here visitors should also head to Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon where every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish and charcuteries.

For a cultural excursion, guests can head to Château de Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (a 9-minute drive) or Cabanon de Le Corbusier (a 6-minute drive), a museum dedicated to the renowned architect Le Corbusier.

Guests will find numerous restaurants, several supermarkets and a pharmacy less than a 5-minute walk away.

The closest international airport is Nice Airport (NCE), a 40-minute drive from the accommodation, whilst Carnolès railway station is approximately a 4-minute walk away.
