The 55m2 apartment can accommodate 2 people and has been recently renovated with air conditioning. Located between Menton and Monaco, it is close to the sea and the beaches and at a fair distance from all amenities. The apartment does not currently have parking available.

Apartment on the famous Cap Martin with a stunning view, you are close to the sea but also to a restaurant. Amenities such as supermarket, train station are 11 minutes away on foot

Travelers will have access to the entire apartment, it should be noted that the front part of the apartment overlooks the road even if the attendance is fairly average so not excessively noisy.
There is no parking with the apartment and you will have to park in the public places near the apartment.

The apartment is composed of an entrance which opens onto the main room, i.e. a huge living / dining room in pastel tones with a large sofa, television and Wifi

The apartment does not benefit from parking, so you will have to park your vehicle on the public road for around 20€/day or in the open car parks of Roquebrune (Berlioz car park or Bellevue car park) for the same amount.
There is a charge for parking from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.
The airport is 47 minutes away by vehicle
The train station stop Carnolès Roquebrune is 11 minutes away on foot as well as the Center of Roquebrune Carnolès where you will find the amenities: supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.
The train also allows you to travel to Italy
A bus network serves the city near the apartment and will allow you to travel between Roquebrune and Menton but also in the neighboring cities of Monaco or Nice

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
