This pleasant duplex offers a unique living experience, close to all shops and activities, with a breathtaking sea view. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this 29m² apartment comprises :

- a balcony with a small table for admiring the sea view,
- a living area with double sofa bed (120cm) and dining table,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- on the 2nd level, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a workspace, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet,
- separate WC on the 1st level,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi, books,
- garage (private underground parking).

Pets are not allowed.
