- Living room: sofa convertible into one bed 140X190cm, pillows, duvet.
Equipment available: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, Parasol, drying rack. Baby equipment: High chair, extra baby bed, changing mat, baby-bath.
A rental of electric bikes and trottinettes is possible in front of the house.
Provided: sheets, towels and tea towels.
Full Package cleaning, check in/check out and sheets : 45€.

Be assured that a rental cleaning and disinfection protocol has been put in place, based on health recommendations. An hydro alcoholic gel and a disinfectant are also available in the appartment.
For information, the common areas of the residence are being renovated (paintings), but the corridor leading to the apartment is almost finished, and the work is on hold, so there is no constraints.

In the heart of the city center, 50 m from avenue de la Mer, 200 m from the market place, 400 m from the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade and the casino. Thalassotherapy center 1200 m, 1800 m from the GOLF.
Access with Public transport:
The nearest airport is Deauville-Normandie Airport, 18 km from the property.
Sncf station: 15 minutes by foot
HOUSEHOLD (important)
The cleaning was carried out before your arrival and will be carried out after your departure. Please put the dishes away before your departure and leave the pieces tidy.
Prohibition to use WiFi for illegal downloads.
Report all breakages (dishes, glasses and other objects) before leaving.
The accommodation includes steps or stairs - Apartment located on the 1st floor.
Security deposit: in the event of material damage to the accommodation, you may have to pay up to € 300
