CITY HEART is a one-bedroom apartment ideally located in the city center of Nice, in a modern and secure residence.



You will enjoy the beautifully decorated living room opening onto the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the bathroom offers a walk-in shower.



Located in the Carré d’Or, you are just a few steps from the famous shopping avenue Jean Médecin and its many stores. Galeries Lafayette and the large Place Masséna are only a 1-minute walk away. You can reach the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, as well as the Old Town, within just a few minutes. Enjoy the city center while staying in a quiet environment, as the building faces a small, low-traffic street.



The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator access, and it is equipped with central air conditioning and free WiFi.



Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. It usually starts between mid-November and mid-December and ends around mid-April. The exact dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
