Welcome to DOLCE VITA MASTER, a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ideally located in the heart of Nice, on the famous Avenue Jean Médecin, you'll be immersed in the city life of Nice. Ideal for easy access to Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais.



The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a private shower room with toilet. A second shower room with toilet is also available.



The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.

Please note that the elevator is a half-level elevator. You need to walk down a few steps to reach the apartment.



Note: We offer two apartments in the same building. For a group stay, please check the availability of DOLCE VITA STUDIO and DOLCE VITA MASTER for a total capacity of 6 people.



Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

The living room has a portable air conditioner.
