On the top floor, the 70 m² living area welcomes you with a spacious lounge featuring a double-sided fireplace built into a stone wall. The fully equipped open kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, professional Nespresso machine, wine cooler, ...) and the dining area open onto a large balcony.

Plus a vast ski room with private lockers, boot dryers, glove and helmet warmers, giving you direct access to the ski slopes.

The interior of the residence is done in a chic alpine style with wood and contemporary materials such as glass, cobber and steel. The furniture selected by Nathalie de Breda mainly features French and European references and the wall covers and fabrics are all made by local artisans. The common areas of more than 400 m² includes a ski room, a swimming pool, a fitness room, a hammam and a massage room with a heated quartz sand massage bed.

Ideally located between the historic Dromonts area and the center of the resort, Aspen has just 300 meters to the closest supermarket and shops, 200 meters to the children’s ski school “Village des Enfants” and very easy acces to the Arare ski area, making is perfect for guests who desire both ski-in/ski-out access and convenience when it comes to exploring the village of Avoriaz.
