The 59 m² living area has been designed as a spacious and luminous cocoon. The lounge is arranged around a fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere after a day on the slopes. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, professional Nespresso machine, granite island, wine fridge...), connects to the dining area in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Two large terraces facing southeast and southwest offer full immersion in the alpine landscape.

The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms:
- 3 double suites with 160x200 beds, private shower rooms, and WC
- 1 children’s bedroom ideal for 5 people with: 1 bunk bed 80x200, 1 trundle bed 80x200, and 2 single beds 80x200, one on a mezzanine
- A separate bathroom is also available for relaxing moments.
