The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, this flat about 100 m from the beach, with a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. We're waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV and double sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 single beds)
- A bathroom with shower and sanitary toilet
- A separate toilet on the landing

The apartment is ideally located in Trouville-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You will be able to park nearby in the paying parking lot.
- Nearest train station : SNCF Trouville-sur-Mer at 1.5 km (about 4 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Caen at 68 km (about 54 minutes by car).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Rate : 20€ / bed.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
